Refund & Cancellation Policy

Can I cancel my orders?

While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, if you can get in touch with Customer Care (support@myperfectpack.com) within 24 hours, we can try to cancel it, provided the myperfectpack has not already started the production. If the cancellation request happens after 24 hours or if production has been started already, we cannot entertain any request.

Kindly Note, If you don't inform within 3 days after placing of order cancellation is not possible as

we might have started working on your order already.

Graphic Design Services: The Myperfectpack team will try to connect 3 times to the customer, If the customer is busy, the order will be on hold and a refund can't be processed.

What is the cancellation fee?

There is a minimum cancellation fee of 2 % of base value which is charged to cover the payment gateway charges. The remaining amount will be transferred after deducting this charge. If products are already delivered, shipment charges will not be refunded ,

Mode of transfer of payments:

Refunds will be done through NEFT transfer which will be co-ordinated by our accounts team. The refund duration is 5-7 days from date of cancellation. Normally transfers are processed on each week Wednesday. If you need any clarifications on refunds. Please email us to support@myperfectpack.com

the customer has to provide his/her bank account. In-case if we refund post payment of GST , credit note need to apply as per guidelines of the government.

Can I return my Orders?

Typically, delivered orders cannot currently be returned as this is customised only as per your requirement and artwork . Of course, this does not apply in cases of transport damages for which a third-party logistics provider can be held accountable. Please inspect all goods carefully on delivery and immediately inform our customer service (support@myperfectpack.com) if you detect any damages or defects within 24 business hours of receiving the order. We will replace the damaged item/s in cases of transport damages for which a third-party logistics provider or we can be held accountable. In other cases, our friendly customer service will help you handle warranty issues.

Note: Sublimation ( Cup/Mug  Printing, Bottle printing, Glass Printing, Wood printing or any Sublimation) can not be returned once its printed.

Important Note: Glass and Tinjar has always 20 % Damage during logistics. Please keep in mind before ordering that. Return for glass jar and Tin jar are not accepted.

Damage Claims or Shortages - Important Notice

Any claims for material damage during transit and/or shortages MUST be reported within 48 business hours without exception. Be sure to check your deliveries upon receipt.

Kindly note Myperfectpack and its associated company are not responsible for any direct/indirect loss due to placing order on

our website or its associated website.

Return Shipping

Customer if want to return the product which they don't like and is covered under shipment policy, has to ship to our local country address and the necessary  calculated amount will be refunded to the customer's account within 5-7 Business days.
