SHIPPING POLICY
We offer guaranteed delivery on certain fast delivery speeds and select products. When guaranteed delivery is available on an order, it will be clearly marked on the checkout page with an associated delivery date and fee (if applicable). Please note Shipping time is different and Production time is different . Here we are sharing shipment time after production is completed .
Note: The order within the countdown reflects delivery capability at the moment the page was opened. The delivery day may become unavailable within that period, prior to completing your order, due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity.
Delivery Terms and Conditions

Order is placed before "order within" countdown listed on the checkout page. The "order within" countdown timer provides the window of time in which you must place your order to receive your delivery by the date shown. That delivery date may become unavailable within that window of time due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity before you place your order. Your confirmed delivery date is included in your order confirmation E-mail. Contact us with any concerns.

If you order contains items that aren't eligible for guaranteed delivery, shipping preference "Ship my items as they become available" is selected.

Your credit or debit card must be successfully charged before the deadline displayed on the checkout page.

The guarantee does not apply if we miss our promised delivery date because of an unforeseen circumstance outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, or severe winter storm. Also, delivery scans might be inaccurate.

An attempted delivery on or before the guaranteed delivery date meets our delivery guarantee.

An offer by the carrier of a delivery appointment on or before the guaranteed delivery date meets our delivery guarantee

DELIVERY POLICY

5 business working days for Shipment ( After production is completed ) to Metro-cities (Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata & Mumbai)

If there is any conflict between this Delivery Policy and the Online Terms and Conditions, the Online Terms and Conditions will prevail and will apply in respect of all products sold through the website.
Details of our delivery service
Online Ordering and Email Confirmation
Products purchased through the website will be delivered to a physical address of your choice, which must be selected during the online ordering process. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email.
Courier Delivery
Deliveries will be performed by a professional courier company Blue Dart / DHL / Delihivery /CriticalLog / India Post ( Business Speed Post ) / VRL Transport Agency engaged by myperfectpack. The delivery service is available from 10 am until 4 pm during weekdays only, and no deliveries will be made on Sundays or public holidays.
We recommend that you use your office address as your physical delivery address if you are not at home during the week.
You may be required to sign for delivery and provide a valid form of identification when your order is delivered. If you are not available to take delivery of your order, shipment partner will attempt either one or two more deliveries to the physical address that you provided during the online ordering process and, if still unsuccessful, the courier company, acting on behalf, will call you to arrange, in its sole and absolute discretion, for either a further delivery attempt to be made or for you to collect your order from the courier company.
In the event that myperfectpack and/or its duly appointed courier company is unable to contact you, despite all reasonable attempts to do so, using the contact details and/or physical delivery address that you provided during the ordering process, we reserve the right to cancel your order . If the customer choose to pay again additional fees for shipment , re attemp can be made .

Delivery Times ( Production & Shipment)
Our delivery times will vary between 8-15 working days depending on the location and serviceability. While is firmly committed to delivering your order within the estimated delivery times, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame due to unforeseen reasons.
Production Duration : 7 Working Day ( Min.) , 15 Working Days Max ( Based on quantity and complexity of project)
Costs
There is a delivery fee of depending on the weight of the product ordered. , in its sole discretion, may determine that your delivery address is located in a remote area and may, upon you placing your online order, request payment of an additional delivery fee. Should you object to an additional delivery fee being payable, you will still have the choice to withdraw your order. Calculating Delivery Cost: Find your delivery fees simply by entering your delivery address in the website's checkout page, and the site will calculate the delivery fees for you.
